I tried Emsculpt and love my results!! I did Emscupt on my bum area for a more lifted backside. You lay comfortably for under half an hour on your stomach and Velcro straps are applied under your tummy area and hold the Emscupt piece in place on your bum to do it's magic. You will feel a vibrating sensation that increases as you go. It's not painful just an intense vibration. The benefits are that of doing 30,000 squats in 1 single session. It's GENIUS!
